PLEASE PRAY about this....Rhett has Oropharyngeal dysphagia. The hypotonia affects all of Rhett's body. He does not have the strength or tone to even swallow correctly. He will reflux liquids minutes, and sometimes hours after he drinks. It is so worrisome and there is danger of aspiration. This also affects his bowels. He must take a full capful of Miralax daily in order to use the bathroom effectively. Feb. 2015, Rhett is 4.5 years old. In this video he is with his speech therapist. Rhett has homebound therapy since he is so susceptible to illness.

Rhett at one of MANY, MANY doctor visits. Rhett gets sick very easily and his body does not regulate temperature well. In this video I took him to the doctor because his temperature had soared to 104.7...the day after it rose to 105 degrees. He is almost 5 in this video. May 2015
